To reach the most people, this course is only online and is only available inside my app which you will get free access to.

Is this a live course?

If you are joining after the live offer has ended you can access the challenge at any time and at your own pace inside the app. We recommend that you follow the sessions daily to experience the same feeling and benefit in the same away as a live challenge.

I have severe trauma. Will this be a good choice for me?

With my own journey of severe C-PTSD, I ultimately created a whole group of support systems to heal. I had a mentor, courses, books, experiences, etc.
